Vision is the lens through which you interpret the relevance of the events of life.  Vision is not just what you see but how you see – pain, people, God. Vision also empowers purpose, the “why” of your personal journey with a focus on something greater than yourself. However, fulfillment of purpose is impossible without an executable action plan.

I believe that purpose is God-given - discovered not planned; that we are born into the world with unique gifts, talents and abilities that are meant to be discovered as we learn, grow and develop as human beings. When I found myself experiencing a low point back in 2014 I was so stressed out and worried. It was a challenge to manage everything that was going on, but I went back to my basics in my prayer life, back to the blueprint of success that God had already laid out for me. I stepped out on faith, taking steps to transform, restore, and ultimately redesign my life. I now use this in my SOAR on PAR toolkit to help you SOAR in your life. As time passed membership became much more— specifically, a means to market and monetize my core business as a life coach and gain recognition as a published author. In other words, membership provided a global platform for me to be seen and heard. Serving as a Global Business Connector for Women Speakers Association Pittsburgh PA brings me full circle. Now I can help other women clarify their message, market and monetize their message, or expand their reach on a global platform.
